Kelly Lasley, BS, Autism Mom
Operations Manager

Kelly has a passion for early intervention for children with autism, because she has 2 children of her own that are on the spectrum.
-
She is creative, loves solving problems, loves helping people grow & loves advocating for autism acceptance.

In addition to the business operations & human resources tasks at Harmony, she also manages all of our social media outlets & website.
-
She is happiest at concerts, when spending time with friends & family or on vacation.

Kelly is originally from Whiteland, IN.
-
She has a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with a minor in Elementary Education from Ball State University.

She lives in Oldham County with her husband, Gerard, & their 2 boys. They also have 2 adult daughters.

Haley loves helping our clients succeed. She got into our field by shadowing an RBT several years ago & has never looked back!

She is happiest at a Taylor Swift concert, at the lake or just hanging out with her fiance, Connor, & her 2 dogs, Scout & Lacey.

Haley wanted to be a rockstar when she was a child.

She got her Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree at Hanover College & was a graduate of the Business Scholar Porgram. She got her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University.

Pierce is originally from Cleveland, TN.

He was inspired to pursue a career in ABA by his sister, his cousin & his passion & drive to help others.

He got his first collegiate degree on his 18th birthday. He then went to Transylvania University for his Bachelor's degree & graduated a year early. He received his Master's in ABA from the University of Cincinnati.
-
He has 2 cats, Squirrelly & Boots.
-
Pierce is happiest when listening to or creating music by playing various instruments.

He enjoys outdoor activities such as rock climbing, hiking & paddle boarding.

Ashlen was inspired to join the ABA field by growing up with a brother with autism in a resource-poor area without access to specialized services like ABA. She has been a Community Living Support Woker for her brother for several years.

She received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology & Applied Behavioral Analysis from Murray State University. She graduated with her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Kentucky.

She is happiest talking with her friends, doing puzzles & talking about politics.

She's talented at hand-sewing & quilting.

Dawn was a middle school science teacher for over 9 years before becoming a BCBA.

She has a Bachelor's degree in Biology & a Master's degree in Education.

Dawn & her husband have been married for 29 years. They have 3 adult children.

Dawn loves making things, crafting, DYI & learning new things.

She has professional goals of creating resources for technicians in our field, opening a school or clinic & becoming an inventor!

Micah Mattingly

When Micah was a child, she wanted to be a teacher so she could work with kids.

​She found her love in working with children with autism in 2021, when she first became an RBT.

Micah has completed some college classes & has a personal goal to finish her degree.​

She loves napping & watching a TV series.

Micah likes spending time with her 2 dogs, Gabriel & Sadie Mae.

She collects records.

In addition to being an RBT, Micah is our "Culture Queen" at Harmony, serving as the Chair of the Culture Committee.

Caitlin is originally from Long Beach, CA.
-
After working with teens in a residential facility, she became more interested in the effects of early interventions. She has found her passion in working with children with autism.

She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & is currently working on her Master's in ABA. She hopes to become a BCBA in the future.

Caitlin loves spending time with her wife, Madison & snuggling with her dogs, Laila & Moose.

Caitlin is an excellent cook. She also enjoys sleeping, at home spa days & exploring new places.

In addition to being an RBT, Caitlin is also a BCBA Intern & a member of our Circle Time Committee.

Kyla is from Lexington, KY & is the middle child of 5 siblings.

She previously worked with adults with disabilities, which sparked her interest in working with children with autism.

She loves to watch kids gain new skills and strategies to set them up for success in their adulthood.

Kyla has played volleyball most of her life.

She is pursuing her education to get into the nursing field.

Kyla loves adventuring & trying new things with her husband & her dog.

She loves hiking, brunch with friends, coloring & baking.

Kyla is also a member of our Client Life Committee.

Payton is a graduate of Oldham County High School.

She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of the Cumberlands.
-
Prior to working at Harmony, she worked as a classroom aide for special needs students & as a substitute teacher at Oldham County Schools.
-
Payton instantly loved working with children on the autism spectrum. Her students changed her life & showed her where her professional passion lies.
-
Payton is married to her husband, Lukas. They have a daughter named Sutton & a dog named Milo.
-
Payton is currently pursuing her Master's in ABAB from Capella University.
-
Not only is she one of our Training RBTs, she is also a BCBA Intern & member of our Culture Committee.

She enjoys taking naps, reading books & visiting the lake with her family.

Miranda Frazier

Miranda has an Associate's degree in Arts, a Bachelor's degree in ABA & is currently working on her Master's degree to become a BCBA.

She became an RBT after the pandemic & finds her work in ABA fulfilling & rewarding.

Constance Wiseman

When she was in school, Constance aspired to be an actress. She was in drama club & choir & is an excellent singer.

She graduated from Jeffersonville High School & she attended Indiana University Southeast.

She used to be an aide in a special education classroom for children with disabilites. It was here that she learned about working with children with autism.

Constance became an RBT in 2019.

She loves spending time with her husband, Justin & her dog, Ghost.

Constance loves playing video games & 80s horror movies.

In addition to being an RBT, she is also Harmony's in-house CPR Trainer!

Frankie Rice

Frankie is from Lexington, KY.

She has a Bachelor's degree from Centre College & is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.

Frankie was inspired to work in the ABA field after working in a special education classroom & learning about ABA in her college psychology classes.

She loves spending time with her friends & family & she also enjoys running.

In addition to being an RBT, Frankie is also a member of Harmony's Culture Committee.

Kimberly is an EKU graduate & former preschool teacher.

She will soon be joining the Air National Guard.

Kim worked with a few children with delays prior to working at Harmony & enjoys growing her skills & learning how to best serve children with autism.

She played rugby in college & currently plays in a co-ed soccer league.

Courtney learned about ABA through an acquaintance while she was working in a school as an intensive intervention assistant.

Courtney has been an RBT since 2019 & loves her career.

She has an Associate's degree in human services & plans to go back to school to finish her Bachelor's degree.

She loves spending time with her dog, Axel Rose & the people that are closest to her.

She loves being at home, watching movies or being near bodies of water.

Brittany has always loved helping children with unique challenges. She learned about ABA & realized that working in the field is the perfect way for her to make a difference.

Queen is currently pursuing her Master's degree in ABA.

She is happiest spending time with her Maltese Yorkie named Cloud & her boyfriend.

Queen wanted to be an artist when she was a child. She loves painting & drawing.

She also enjoys yoga & napping.

Queen is the chairperson of our Client Life Committee - who plans all of the fun events for our clients!

James has worked in the technical systems, customer service, athletic, law enforcement & healthcare fields & has a wide variety of experience.

He was inspired to work in the ABA field based on his own personal experiences with autism.

James loves being outside, especially camping & hiking. He also enjoys reading.

James is our Safety Care Trainer at Harmony. He teaches us all how to best keep our clients & selves safe.
