Kyle Smith, MS, LtCol (USAF, Ret)
Kyle is a former US Air Force pilot & staff officer & middle school teacher from St. Petersburg, Florida. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Linda, & together they have 3 daughters: Reshelle – MD, Victoria – PhD candidate & Amy – DVM. He enjoys swimming in his backyard pool year-round in Florida, hiking, scuba diving & biking, preferably with his children & grandchildren.
Kyle works remotely from his home in Florida doing recruiting, client in-take, credentialing & billing. He has helped to model our clinic after his daughter Victoria’s clinic in Omaha, NE because of the profound successes her clients have had over the years. Kyle enjoys learning of the successes of our clients & seeing the progress of the children in their daily lives.
Practice Manager

Kelly worked in the hospitality industry for many years before the birth of her two sons who are on the autism spectrum. Autism advocacy, acceptance & early interventions have since become her passion. She has fundraised for various autism organizations since her children were diagnosed & advocates for not only her own children, but other children with autism whenever she can.
In addition to office operations & human resources duties, Kelly also provides the content for our social media pages. She & her husband Gerard have been married since 2006. She has 4 children & lives in Oldham County. She loves going to rock concerts, traveling & spending time with her friends & family.

Sydney Walsh, MA, LBA, BCBA

Sydney graduated from Western Kentucky University & has been a BCBA since September of 2021. In addition to her education, she has experience working as a Residential Assistant at a children's crisis unit. Sydney was inspired to work with children with special needs by her cousin who had Cri-du-chat syndrome. The chromosomal syndrome carried a grim prognosis, but she saw her cousin overcome all of the obstacles that were set before her. This has been her inspiration for her career since 2008.
Sydney is a nurturing person; taking care of others brings her the most joy. She goes out of her way to ensure that she can provide the best care possible for her clients' success. She is passionate about helping caregivers learn how to continue progress with their children at home as well.
Sydney loves hiking with her dog & has a personal mission to visit all of the US national parks in her lifetime.

Haley graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Hanover College & the completed her master’s degree in ABA from Ball State University in Indiana. She’s been in the field for a few years & is proud to dedicate her life to helping children on the spectrum.
Haley is a passionate dog lover, believing that all dogs should be rescued, not purchased. While walking her dogs, she enjoys listening to podcasts. She also loves to play pickleball & binge watching junk TV shows. Haley used to work for Taylor Swift prior to working in ABA & she has seen her in concert over 50 times. She loves to travel & has been to over 11 countries.

Amyee Gibbons, MS, LBA, BCBA
After graduating with her bachelor’s in 2017, Amyee began an internship in Miami, Florida & had her first experience in working with children on the Autism spectrum. This experience propelled her to pursue her masters in ABA. Amyee is our first intern to complete the program & become a BCBA.
When Amyee is not at work, she loves to be active at the gym & taking her dog to the dog park. She also enjoys doing her nails & trying new designs.

Miranda is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in speech & hearing & is learning ASL. She hopes to become fluent in sign language. When the pandemic hit, Miranda lost her job working with adults & got the opportunity to work with kids. She finds her career as an RBT exciting! When she’s not working, Miranda will spend her time visiting her friends & family or napping.

Payton is a graduate of Oldham County High School & received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of the Cumberlands. Prior to working at Harmony, she worked as a classroom aide for special needs students & as a substitute teacher at Oldham County Schools. Working with children on the autism spectrum in this setting was something she instantly loved. Her students changed her life & showed her where her professional passion lies.
Payton will soon be getting married & she plans to return to school to get her master’s degree. She enjoys taking naps & reading books.

Constance Isaacs
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
As a child, Constance thought that she would be an actor because she loved drama club. She even took acting classes in college. After also taking college courses in Psychology, Constance worked as a teacher’s aide for a special education class. This is where she first experienced working with children with disabilities. As she learned more about the field of ABA, she became a Registered Behavior Technician at another clinic. She worked there for 3 years & found Harmony when she was looking for employment closer to home.
Constance has a strong desire to continue to learn & grow as an RBT & loves our clients & her co-workers. She has learned even more in her field since moving to Harmony & she hopes to continue to do so.
When she’s not busy, Constance enjoys spending time with her husband & dog, crocheting, singing, computer & video games, puzzles & watching true crime.

Hannah Marowelli
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
An aspiring Clinical Sports Psychologist, Hannah will graduate from University of Louisville this spring & plans to attend graduate school in the fall. She is passionate about sports & mental health & wants to make a difference in the lives of athletes. Hannah discovered the field of ABA when she was searching for jobs in which she could work as an undergraduate in the mental health field. She is grateful for the positive impact that working with autistic children has brought to her life.
An avid athlete herself, Hannah has participated in dance, cheer, golf & soccer throughout her life. She is a self-proclaimed thrill-seeker – she loves roller coasters & scuba diving. When she’s not busy, she enjoys reading, playing games, movies, & building Lego.

Ta'Naisa Childs
Ta’Naisa is a graduate from the University of Kentucky & has a bachelor’s degree in Family Services. She wanted to be a teacher as a child but was introduced to working with children with Autism at her previous job & decided to direct her career to serving children on the spectrum. Ta’Naisa is planning to soon return to school to pursue her master’s degree & eventually become an intern at our clinic.
Ta’Naisa is technologically saavy & loves spending time with her friends, watching TV & reading. She has a fun personality & is always keeping our team laughing.

Stephanie Chagoya
Stephanie has relocated to Kentucky from Pasadena, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin & fell into the field of ABA through her love of children. She fell in love with the field right away & is passionate about helping her clients reach their potential.
Stephanie grew up in a large family. She is bi-lingual (English & Spanish), is a classically trained singer, enjoys movies & loves to enjoy the company of her loved ones. She is planning to return to school to get her master’s degree & become a BCBA.

Taj Robinson
Taj is currently working toward her psychology degree & plans to complete a master’s program as well. She is planning to become a mental health counselor to support children/teens in need. Taj enjoys working with children on the spectrum & is happy to give her time & patience to helping children & their families.
When Taj is not working or studying, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, traveling, singing, playing softball, making tie-dyed shirts & spending time with her cat, Aioli.

Growing up, Micah wanted to be a teacher, but she has found her love for working with children on the spectrum. She feels fulfilled & rewarded by her career as an RBT. When she’s not at work, Micah loves going on nature walks & watching her favorite TV shows.

Frankie Rice
A recent graduate from Centre College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Frankie is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Teaching Elementary Education. She has always loved helping children learn & grow. She believes that working with children on the spectrum will give her a unique perspective on inclusive learning to bring to her classroom. Frankie plays the violin, loves spending time with her friends & family & enjoys running. She has a goal to run a marathon in the near future.
